Operations Support Officer

We’re building a multi-platform digital ecosystem connecting users, businesses, vendors, and drivers.
As we grow, we’re looking for a Operations Support Officer to help manage platform support and social media operations.

This is not a traditional customer service role.
It’s an operations-focused position with a clear growth path.


What You’ll Do

Platform Support

  • Respond to user inquiries via app, email, WhatsApp, and chat
  • Help users understand how the platform works
  • Track issues and follow through to resolution
  • Escalate technical or payment issues when needed

Social Media Monitoring

  • Monitor official social media pages for questions and issues
  • Respond to comments and messages using approved guidelines
  • Move sensitive matters to private channels
  • Log and report recurring concerns

Social Media Scheduling

  • Publish pre-approved posts based on the content calendar
  • Ensure posts go live at scheduled times
  • Report any posting or platform issues

Operations Support

  • Maintain clear issue records
  • Follow SOPs and escalation processes
  • Support trust, safety, and compliance efforts
