The Aberdeen Endowments Trust has helped the people of Aberdeen to improve their lives through education since 1909.
The Trust owns land and buildings in North East Scotkland and uses the entire income obtained from these each year to award grants to local people.

The Trust is a registered Scottish Charity (Number SCO10507).
The funds for the grants come from the assets managed by the Trustees. The Trust owns some £29 million of farm land and buildings in North East Scotland and has stock market investments of around £5 million.
These awards are means tested and aim to improve the life chances of people through education. Applicants must live in or have a connection to the city of Aberdeen. Also offers bursaries for students at Aberdeen University
